About the Role
Clients join our family on any given day. We strive to give our clients consistency with the same Assistant, so that both the Client and Assistant can form their own relationship and routine. To their needs and your own work‑life balance. With all of that said, we are asking for your commitment to the schedule when working with your client. We want them relieved to see a familiar face and we hope our Care Assistants feel a sense of PRIDE in giving this family consistency!

The right person will have compassion, and self‑driven with the right balance of respect for any Client.

Caregiving is a balancing act...Do you think you can find the balance?

Adapt minute by minute or be content, because they're content? Can you think of fun ideas or recognize that they need to relax as you get to know them and help them engage?

A successful Qualicare KC Care Assistant will be an experienced person in life as a caregiver either professionally or personally to family and who is capable of working independently, while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor, with hopefully some room for laughs.
