Chief of Staff KC seeking a professional, service-minded Administrative Assistant for a trusted client of ours within the Lees Summit, MO area. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by supporting both clients and internal teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers with professionalism and warmth
Create a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment that enhances the client experience
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and confirm client visits
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and prepare meeting materials + presentations
Perform a variety of administrative duties including scanning, filing, mail processing, and document preparation
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
Take meeting notes and maintain organized records
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive, service-oriented mindset with a polished, professional presence
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Comfortable adapting to changing needs and jumping in wherever needed
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of administrative or related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
