We are seeking warm, hospitality-focused
Caregivers
to join our team. This role supports residents within their apartment homes, helping them feel safe, connected, and genuinely cared for.
Schedule:
While we offer fully flexible PRN, part-time, and full-time hours dependent on your availability, it is a plus if you can work:
Preferred Morning Shifts
7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Preferred 12‑Hour Shifts
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Weekend Availability Requirement
Every other weekend, both Saturday & Sunday, with a minimum of 8 hours of availability each day.
Or, One weekend day each week, with at least 8 hours of availability on the selected day.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and assistance with daily activities
Offer warm companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Escort residents to errands, shopping trips, and medical appointments
Promote independence, engagement, and daily activityAssist with light household tasks and occasional pet care
Maintain communication with supervisors regarding resident status
Record time worked and tasks completed using our mobile app
Attend required trainings, meetings, and complete assigned courses by the given deadline.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with older adults
Ability to follow written and verbally instructions in English, and communicate effectively
Based household skills (light meal prep and housekeeping)
Smartphone capability to use our timekeeping and care‑plan app
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of caregiving experience with seniors
Experience providing dementia‑level care (6+ months)
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Ability to move throughout the community during the shift
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Adequate vision and hearing
Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals, communicable diseases, and odors
