Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation/Home and Back to You is looking for a quality driver who will safely transport patients to and from their medical appointments. As a premier health care provider in the Metro Detroit community, we deliver expert injury rehabilitation, chronic pain treatment, nutrition education, and elite fitness training to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
Driver will provide door-to-door service, transporting patients to appointments scheduled by our transportation manager. Driver will maintain transportation logs and upload proper documentation and paperwork to the patient’s chart.
Qualifications
Clean driving record, chauffeur license, and DOT card.
Availability Monday through Friday 7am‑7pm, with possible weekend work as needed and flexible hours set by the manager.
Must pass a health physical and drug test.
Potential hires must sign an MVR Consent Form.
