Overview
We\'re hiring compassionate, dependable
Home Health Aides (HHA)
for ongoing care positions providing essential in-home support to our clients. This role is ideal for caregivers who are passionate about helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence at home while building meaningful connections with the people they care for.
Caregivers in this role will assist clients with
bathing, grooming, dressing, and other daily personal care needs, as well as provide light housekeeping, companionship, and assistance with everyday activities
to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
Current schedule available is
16 hours per week, with shift times to be determined (TBD) . We are looking for caregivers who are reliable, patient, and committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to those who depend on it.

Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Support safe mobility and transfers while assisting the client with movement and positioning.
Assist with light housekeeping, companionship, and other daily living activities to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
Offer companionship and emotional support to ensure client comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Monitor and report any changes in the client\'s condition to supervisors or case managers.
Follow the established care plan and maintain clear communication with the care team.
Shift: 16 hours per week, with schedule times to be determined (TBD)
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Minimum one (1) year of documented home care assistance and/or direct care experience at an assisted living or skilled nursing facility (preferred)
Successful completion of a nursing assistant or certified home health aide program (preferred)
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Valid driver\'s license and auto insurance (proof of insurance required)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull; mobility support as needed
Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; effective communication
Up-to-date vaccinations including COVID-19, Influenza, and Hepatitis B
Adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
