Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented

Booking Assistant

to manage appointments, coordinate service schedules, and support customer booking processes. This role works closely with dispatch, customer service, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities

Schedule deliveries, pickups, and service appointments
Manage booking requests and update scheduling systems
Communicate scheduling details with clients and internal teams
Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams for availability
Maintain accurate booking records and reports
Handle rescheduling and resolve scheduling conflicts
Provide customer support related to appointments and services
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous scheduling, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Basic computer and data entry skills
Compensation & Benefits

Pay:

$17–$23 per hour (experience-based)
