Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Office Assistant

to help manage administrative duties, support internal coordination, and maintain organized office operations at our Los Angeles location.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document organization
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Assist with scheduling and internal coordination
Maintain office supplies and organized workspaces
Support operations and customer service teams with administrative tasks
Prepare reports and maintain records as needed
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits

Pay:

$17-$24 per hour (experience-based)
