Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice on window treatment options and design solutions.
Prepare and present customized design proposals to clients.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to installation coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in home decor or design.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Creative mindset with a passion for interior design.
Excellent clean driving record, must pass background and drug test.
Familiarity with design software is a plus.
Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and techniques.
