Job Description
AV-Rated civil litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal / Case Manager to become a part of an established team!
Responsibilities
Manage a large caseload of active litigation files in the Circuit Court and District Court of Maryland
Interview clients
Drafting and reviewing of legal documents
Coordination of Expert Witnesses
Monitor scheduling order deadlines
Provide essential litigation support to a team of trial lawyers
Qualifications
Previous experience as a paralegal is required.
Familiarity with Clio or other case-management software
Proficiency with Microsoft office programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Paralegal certification or AA Degree is required.
Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Spanish.
