Key Responsibilities and Duties
Assisting with corporate governance matters, including drafting, filing and managing various business entity documents, including the formation of new entities and preparing corporate resolutions and documents, and assisting with ‘know your customer’ and related requests.
Preparing and tracking NDAs and other agreements; and notification of managers around key events (reporting, expiration, etc.).
Managing, updating and maintaining a set of legal document templates such as NDAs, assignment and notice documents, etc.
Reviewing and abstracting due diligence for transactions, including, as needed: title work, lease agreements, construction contracts, zoning diligence, co‑lender documentation, organizational documents, etc.
Preparing documents for loan closings as requested.
Assisting with post‑closing matters such as loan abstracts, asset assignments and amendments.
Managing on‑line files and paper files.
Similar responsibilities as needed dictate.

Base Pay Range: $23/yr – $33/yr
Actual base salary may vary based on, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
