Elmar Heating & Cooling in Baltimore, MD is now hiring an
HVAC Installation Helper
to assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the HVAC field while working alongside experienced technicians.
Elmar Heating & Cooling has been providing high-quality, full-service HVAC solutions to homeowners and businesses for over 12 years. This role will be based out of our Baltimore location and cover a 30-mile service radius.
What Can You Expect From This Role?
Assist lead technicians with residential HVAC system installations.
Help with ductless mini-split systems and conventional ducted system change-outs.
Support installation, service, and maintenance tasks on residential equipment.
Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures on the job.
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized job site while delivering strong customer service.
What Should You Be Familiar With?
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (training provided for the right candidate).
Familiarity with tools and construction environments is a plus.
Willingness to learn heat pumps, boilers, gas furnaces, and ductless systems.
Job Requirements
0-2+ years of HVAC or related experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
EPA Certification.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Compensation & Benefits
$20-$30 hourly , depending on experience and skillset.
Tool Grant ($300 annually).
Referral Program (earn up to $1,200 for successful hires).
