Job Description
The Claims Auto Adjuster supports customers during automobile accidents by thoroughly investigating each claim and confirming the facts of loss. In this role, you will evaluate coverage, assess liability and damages, and negotiate claim resolutions within set authority. This opportunity allows you to build foundational claims experience while developing strong decision‑making and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate all aspects of auto claims including coverage, damages, subrogation, and fraud.
Determine subrogation or fraud potential and decide the appropriate handling.
Apply an intermediate understanding of insurance policies written by the company, industry practices, and internal relationships.
Partner with representatives in fraud or subrogation areas where needed to achieve the best outcome.
Identify and meet customer needs using appropriate customer‑service skills.
Work independently and exercise discretion within an increased level of authority.

Compensation
Base compensation is based on experience and qualifications. For reference, the range for Adjuster Analyst III is $50,000 – $65,300 annually.
