
Construction Project Manager

This role will work directly with our Project Management Team and company leadership. You'll develop your skills while taking on responsibility across multiple projects. This dynamic role offers the blend of technical construction expertise and client relationship management, providing excellent growth opportunities as you drive projects from conception to completion and build lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Expected Schedule
Full-Time | Combination of on-site and in-office. On site by 8:00 AM (Full-time: 5 days). Reports To: Upper-Level Management.
Full-time Salary; competitive pay based on experience, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), & supplemental insurance are available.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Develop and maintain construction schedules, identify critical path items, and ensure on-time project completion.
Subcontractor Coordination: Manage subcontractor schedules and work quality across multiple simultaneous projects.
Client Relations: Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.
Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor job completion and document weekly progress.
Schedule Management: Create and update weekly job schedules, coordinate with all project stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project correspondence and administrative organization.
Safety Compliance: Ensure OSHA compliance and monitor job sites for safety requirements.
Qualifications
Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record for regular site visits and project travel.
Construction Industry Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in understanding different trades and subcontractor scopes.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules and identify project priorities.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of cost estimating principles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn construction software.
Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability or desire to supervise technical work and coordinate with teams.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong multitasking abilities and analytical thinking capabilities.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
