Job Overview

The Sr Success Manager serves LPL Advisors with up to $150 million in AUM, providing relationship management support between their business and LPL. The team's primary objectives include driving industry‑leading client satisfaction, fostering a sense of community and loyalty to LPL, and recommending growth initiatives that help Advisors deliver results for their clients.
The role will drive and consult with Advisors through proactive engagements, reactive calls and web‑based appointment scheduling and email; while managing targeted consulting engagements for new Advisor onboarding; conducting digital business health assessments and business planning; and directing Advisors to embrace the capabilities LPL has to offer to help grow their business. This includes developing an in‑depth knowledge of LPL products and services and their benefits to drive opportunity lead generation. The role will also require participation in various projects that align to our department and team objectives.
Responsibilities

Advocacy & Complex Problem Solving: Advocate, guide, and resolve client situations across the firm until our clients are satisfied.
Uncover Referral Opportunities Across the Firm: Understand client business priorities and connect them with the right subject matter experts within LPL.
Connection: Build connections across LPL with peers and corporate colleagues through study groups and virtual events to broaden client networks.
Industry Trends and Updates: Keep clients informed of essential industry changes and ensure proactive outreach.
Conference & Event Support: Design and support events that provide education and information strategy for advisor businesses.
Earning Client Loyalty: Act on feedback to build enduring client loyalty and drive timely action by the right teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred.
5+ years of experience in the financial services industry within an advisor‑facing, account management, consultative sales, or service role.
Ability to travel as needed (approximately 1–2 trips per year).
Active Series 7 license or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.

Preferences

Project management or working group experience for tracking advisor feedback, conference/event support, and team projects.
Proficiency with Contact Management Systems, specifically Salesforce, and standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay Range

$84,357.00 – $140,595.00. Actual base salary varies based on factors including skill, experience, education, internal peer base salary, performance, and location. Total rewards package includes 401(k) matching, health benefits, employee stock options, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more.
