Join Our Team as a Patient Access Specialist II at HRRMC.

This position is eligible for a $1.00 differential and a $1200 sign‑on bonus.

We are seeking a patient‑focused professional to provide outstanding customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient patient registration.

Key Responsibilities

Exceptional Customer Service: greet patients, visitors, physicians, and staff promptly and professionally; deliver service using AIDET principles; manage multiple interactions and handle emergencies calmly.

Accurate and Efficient Registration: maintain at least 95% registration accuracy; complete registrations swiftly (average 5 minutes); verify demographics and insurance, confirm eligibility, and collect copays or deposits.

Comprehensive Documentation: obtain and verify patient identification; educate patients on portal use; provide required documentation (Patient Privacy Statement, Bill of Rights); gather consents.

What We’re Looking For

Customer‑focused professional with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.

Calm and composed demeanor when handling emergencies or high‑pressure situations.

Qualifications

High school degree with minimum three years of responsible business experience, preferably in healthcare or a professional setting.
