A full-time (part‑time considered) Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for a contract position in Chicago, IL, specializing in early childhood education within a school setting. This role is designed for certified SLP professionals passionate about supporting young learners' speech and language development onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for early childhood students.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

Collaborate with educators and families to support students' communication needs.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning.

Qualifications And Experience

Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP‑CCC) is required.

Experience working as a Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP‑CFY) clinician or higher preferred.

Previous experience in educational and healthcare settings strongly desired.

Competence in providing services to early childhood populations.

Availability to provide onsite services; remote or teletherapy options are not applicable.

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative school team.

Note: This position does not support Speech‑Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
