Job Description

A Desktop Support (or IT Site Support) role involves providing high-level on-site and remote technical assistance for VIPs, staff, and healthcare teams. Key responsibilities include resolving 1st and 2nd level IT incidents, managing hardware/software installations, and ensuring system uptime to support fast-paced, critical business operations.
Responsibilities

VIP/Site Support: Provide face-to-face and remote support to VIP users and staff, focusing on urgent resolution.
Incident Management: Manage the resolution of hardware and software tickets using ticketing systems, adhering to SLAs.
Hardware/Software Management: Setup, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktop equipment, and peripherals.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist with setting up IT equipment and accounts for new employees.
System Maintenance: Ensure workstations and network equipment are updated and functioning correctly.
Requirements and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Windows-based systems and hardware troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to support high-pressure environments.
Experience in Active Directory, VPN, and Microsoft 365.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize critical tasks.

Contract to Hire position based out of Pontiac, MI.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits may include medical, dental & vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, PTO, and other programs.
