CSR – Dedicated e-commerce accounts
You're Role
The CSR – Dedicated to e-commerce accounts – Dedicated Account responsibility in support of all services required by account as it pertains to preparing orders, handling returns, preparing deposits, with all daily tasks as required by account.
Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day activities of order preparations
Processing all customer returns
Organizing workflow with pick and pack team associates
Handling of emails and requests from e-commerce off site customer
Data entry, scanning
Processing inbound in customers dedicated software system
Provide management with daily END OF DAY status reports on all tasks
Assist with processing orders, producing and reconciling business documents, and continuously facilitate communication with management
Facilitate inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support.
Provide assistance to customer with problems and resolutions
Organize, scan and file shipping and receiving digital pictures
Regularly facilitate instructions on the floor
Interact and possibly lifting of cases up to 25 lbs.
Skills and Experiences
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
Prior Customer Service Experience
Basic computer and math skills
Must be very detail oriented, thorough and accurate.
Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
Shift
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Need to be flexible for overtime nights and Saturdays as needed.
Pay Rate
$19.50
