Compensation: $150,000 – $215,000
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Bar Admission: Active California Bar required

About The Opportunity
We are working with a law firm seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to handle a mix of single-plaintiff, PAGA, and class action matters, with strong hands-on litigation exposure and client advisory work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage employment defense matters from inception through resolution
Lead discovery, including drafting motions and taking/defending depositions
Work on PAGA and class action litigation
Advise employers on compliance and employment law issues
Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of employment defense litigation experience
Strong motion practice and discovery experience
Exposure to PAGA and class actions
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
