Maintain up-to-date and precise records of all client interactions and loan statuses.
Provide timely updates to clients, keeping them informed of loan progress and any necessary actions.
Collaborate with the commercial lending team to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during loan processing activities.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service or client‑facing roles, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to clients and team members.
Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals and enhance client satisfaction.
Familiarity with basic financial concepts and a willingness to learn more about commercial lending processes.
Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications, to maintain organized records.

Compensation
$125,000 – $225,000 yearly
