Role Summary
As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will provide essential administrative support to financial advisors and their teams, ensuring smooth client interactions and operations within the branch office.

Key Responsibilities

Support a single advisor or multiple advisors by handling inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, and in-person.

Assist with account opening, transfers, and other client requests, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, and manage correspondence and marketing initiatives.

Streamline processes by updating standard operating procedures and contributing strategically to the branch business plan.

Use financial tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.

Qualifications

Excellent client service skills and strong communication.

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and adaptability.

Team collaboration and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.

Experience with digital tools is a plus.

Compensation

Hiring Minimum: $26.10 per hour

Hiring Maximum: $31.58 per hour
