About the Role
Patient Service Representative (PSR)

is a key point of contact for patients. The role involves scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient experience.

You will work in a smaller office setting alongside two other PSRs, with future growth opportunities as the team expands.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Schedule patient appointments in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Perform insurance verification and confirm eligibility prior to appointments.

Collect, enter, and verify demographic, billing, insurance, and copay information.

Accurately input patient data into the

EPIC electronic medical record

for registration, scheduling, and billing purposes.

Ensure a seamless check‑in experience for patients.

Proactively troubleshoot scheduling and access issues as they arise.

File, retrieve, and deliver patient information as needed.

Facilitate the flow of patient forms, letters, and documentation.

Support departmental needs by managing patient data and records efficiently.

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of

HIPAA regulations .

At least 1 year of healthcare experience .

Experience working with EPIC

(1+ year preferred).

Ability to work in a

highvolume, fastpaced, multitasking environment .

Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads, staffing, and schedules .

Strong written and verbal communication skills .

High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities .

Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision .

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team .

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $26.00 per hour.
