
Logistics Warehouse Coordinator

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail driven Logistics Warehouse Coordinator to join our 3rd Party Warehouse team. This role goes beyond traditional warehouse coordination and will play a critical part in inventory accuracy, reconciliation, issue investigation, and root cause problem solving. This individual will work closely with warehouses, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Support to ensure the on‑time delivery of our products.
Responsibilities
Main point of contact for warehouse
Communicate with internal and external parties through phone and email
Review, verify, and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports.
Maintain data accuracy, case counts, and documentation according to SOPs
Process bills of lading for accurate billing and lot control / inventory control
Coordinate warehouses transfers
Manage documentation and system accuracy for lot transformation, warehouse special projects, repack, labeling, product inspection.
Investigate inventory discrepancies while developing and instituting corrective actions with Finance department
Ensure inventory accuracy by researching inventory discrepancies
Improve, automate and simplify warehouse procedures to enhance inventory accuracy and support operational growth
Qualifications
2 - 3 years in logistics, warehouse customer service, order processing, inventory control, and/or supply chain operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel skills a must (lookups, data cleaning)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Salary Range
$65,000 - $75,000 annually plus bonus
Relocation
Our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ in Q4 of 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with this upcoming change in location.
