Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator (Confidential – Utah, Hybrid)
We are conducting a
confidential search
for an experienced HR professional to join a well-established organization supporting a dynamic, high-volume workforce.
This is a
hands-on HR role
with broad exposure across payroll, benefits, and employee relations, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on day-to-day operations and the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support
payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS (ADP Workforce Now)
Serve as a primary point of contact for
employee relations
matters
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
Partner with internal stakeholders to improve HR processes and workflows
Support a fast-paced, people-heavy environment with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive HR experience
(generalist or HRBP background)
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience (required)
Strong experience in:
Payroll
Benefits administration
Employee relations
HR compliance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal situations
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment
Schedule:
Hybrid (local candidates only)
