Customer Service Representative

This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service while supporting both domestic and international order fulfillment. The position plays a key part in coordinating logistics across multiple transportation methods, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will help drive efficient operations, improve processes, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee order processing, including entry, tracking, and invoicing for customer transactions

Coordinate shipments across various modes such as ground, rail, air, and ocean freight

Ensure timely and accurate execution of deliveries while meeting customer expectations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, finance, and third-party providers to support smooth operations

Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or service issues

Maintain accurate documentation for domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Support billing accuracy and assist with financial processes related to orders and consignment inventory

Communicate shipment updates and resolve inquiries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational enhancement initiatives

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree OR high school diploma with additional education and at least 3 years of relevant customer service experience

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset

Ability to collaborate across teams and build professional relationships

Commercial awareness and problem‑solving capability

Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
