Bilingual Customer Care Representative (Mortgage Servicing)
Language Requirement: Bilingual – English & Spanish
We’re looking for a customer‑focused Bilingual Customer Care Representative to support residential homeowners with mortgage‑related inquiries. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and limited outbound calls, resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, and provide clear, professional support on mortgage servicing topics.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from homeowners regarding mortgage servicing questions
Resolve customer issues with a first‑call resolution mindset
Assist with monthly payments, account updates (address changes, password resets), escrow questions (payment changes, increases, shortages), and mortgage inquiries such as PMI removal and general servicing questions
Make outbound calls to customers with upcoming or missed payments
Accurately document interactions while navigating multiple systems
Deliver professional, empathetic, and compliant customer service
Qualifications Required
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of contact center or call center experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong computer skills (dual monitors, toggling between systems, basic MS Office)
Preferred
Previous mortgage or mortgage servicing experience

Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $23.00/hr.
