About the Role
We’re hiring a
high-energy, customer-focused, and dependable professional
to join our growing real estate media team in the Cape Coral area.
This is more than a photography job—you’ll be the face of our brand in the field. You’ll work directly with real estate agents and homeowners, capture listing media, and deliver a polished, friendly, and relationship-driven client experience.
No prior real estate photography experience is required—we actually prefer candidates we can train from the ground up.

Schedule & Availability
Approximately 20 hours per week to start
Monday–Friday availability (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Saturday required:
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
No Sundays
Must be available at least 3 days per week
Opportunity for additional hours as the company grows
Local travel between appointments required
What You’ll Do
Travel to residential properties for scheduled shoots
Capture interior & exterior listing media using a structured shot list
Represent the company professionally with clients
Deliver a friendly, high-quality, relationship-focused experience
Upload media after each shoot ( no editing required )
Stay organized and consistent across appointments
Build strong client relationships and support company growth
Compensation & Growth
Starting pay:
$20/hour
After training:
$25/hour
Drone-certified:
$30/hour
Video-certified:
$35/hour
Mileage reimbursement:
$0.725/mile (IRS rate)
Clear path to increased earnings and expanded responsibilities as you grow.
