Senior Systems Administrator (TTO Lead) – TS/SCI w/Poly

Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Senior Linux Systems Administrator/TTO Lead to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. Our dynamic team delivers information security solutions that facilitate secure data flows and the detection/prevention of unauthorized behaviors, perform system security vulnerability assessments and solution development, provide enterprise-level network, server, desktop, and application security services. The ideal candidate will have experience leading technical teams (system administrators, ISSEs, etc.) and ability to review mission performance to ensure proper execution of the mission.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Minimum of 15 years' experience as a System Administrator on programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. 5 years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a BS degree.
Demonstrated experience in Linux environments is required. Must possess a working knowledge and understanding of system administration interdependencies as part of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
DOD 8570 compliance with minimum of IAT Level 2 is required.
Ability to lead a technical team (system administrators, ISSEs, etc).
Experience with monitoring mission performance to ensure proper execution of the mission. Must be able to analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration.
Extensive collaboration with project personnel and partner/customer groups is required - strong communications skills are a must.
Providing input on contract deliverables as requested.
Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
