Experience Required
Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline plus at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Master’s degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.
Three or more years of experience performing in technical leadership role or program management experience
Previous experience with technical task management including task development, customer/stakeholder relationship building, cost & schedule management, and staffing.
Position requires an experienced personnel manager with strong communication skills. Individual must be responsive, flexible, and able to work independently.
Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Experience Desired
Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:
Ten years of experience supporting programs and projects within the MPO customer.
Related certifications; e.g. PMP, CSEP, ESEP etc.
Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline

Peraton is hiring a Systems Engineering Technical Task Order (TTO) Lead to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Jessup, MD. As a Systems Engineer on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location.
As a Systems Engineering TTO Lead on our team you will lead/manage Peraton employees and subcontractor personnel assigned to a specific mission domain area (Field Engineering). You will manage experienced professionals working in various CONUS and OCONUS locations providing specialized engineering support. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to support the application of System Engineering and Architecture (SE&A) processes and tools to solve technical problems and achieve desired mission outcomes.
As a manager you will determine candidates for employment/termination, conduct performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff and be responsible for the application of company and program policies. You will resolve personnel issues as needed which may involve time, attendance, or policies, and you will interact with government leadership of various organizations for staffing, personnel and financial concerns to ensure cost, schedule and performance goals are met. You will report on TTO status on a weekly and monthly basis, update TTO Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and brief TTO accomplishments to program personnel monthly. You will also conduct TTO financial analysis monthly utilizing provided financial reports.
