Job Details
Permanent Partner Attorney

Salary: $185,000 - $200,000 per year

Responsibilities

Lead our Labor & Employment practice group.

Handle complex employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination cases.

Represent employers in court and before administrative bodies in all aspects of employment litigation.

Provide strategic and practical legal advice to clients on a wide range of labor and employment issues.

Conduct and manage all phases of discovery, including depositions.

Prepare and argue motions, conduct trials, and engage in post‑trial work.

Counsel clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Develop and deliver training to clients on various labor and employment topics.

Participate in business development activities to grow the firm’s Labor & Employment practice.

Qualifications

A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on management‑side representation.

Proven trial and litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and conducting trials.

Strong experience with employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination cases.

Experience as a principal, practice group leader, shareholder, partner, or in a similar leadership role within a legal firm.

Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Strong interpersonal and client management skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards.
