Mobile Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities. They assist Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts and perform defined tasks independently.
Responsibilities
Assist the operations team in maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
Kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder, tenderizer, meat saw, slicers, etc.) and general interior maintenance.
Perform minor plumbing repairs.
Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
Be on call for after‑hours emergencies.
Comply with all safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping and safety of work areas, recognize danger and hazards, and propose methods to eliminate them.
Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
Document work performance and materials procurement as directed.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid state driver’s license.
Completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable; a minimum of one year of experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
Able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft., and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Pass background check, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.
Preferred Qualifications
UST Class B Certification.
Ability to comply with both JLL and client‑directed Policies & Procedures.
Self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
