Brand Marketing Coordinator | Sports Media & Sponsorships

Pay Range: $25/hour to $33/hour
We’re seeking a

Brand Marketing Coordinator (Associate Manager level)

to support a dynamic sports media and advertising team. This role blends

sales support, sponsorship development, and marketing coordination , helping bring multi-platform partnerships to life across sports properties and live events.

media, sports marketing, or advertising sales support

who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do

Support development of

multimedia sponsorship packages

across TV, digital, social, audio, and live events
Create and maintain

client-facing presentations and sales decks

(10–15 slides typical)
Assist with

sponsorship scheduling, feature booking, and campaign coordination
Manage

pricing requests

and coordinate with internal revenue and pricing teams
Track

sales opportunities, pitches, and sponsorship inventory
Support Account Executives with

materials, insights, and sales enablement tools
Coordinate sponsorship integrations with

production and content teams
Conduct

market research and competitive analysis

to support sales strategy
Participate in client and agency meetings, supporting relationship management
What You Bring

Experience

3+ years in

media, advertising, sports marketing, or sales support
Experience in

digital and/or linear media environments

preferred
Background in

sports marketing, partnerships, or media organizations

is a plus
Skills

Strong proficiency in

PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a

fast-paced environment
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have

Familiarity with

collegiate sports and sponsorship ecosystems
Experience in

agency, media, or brand-side marketing teams
Creative mindset with ability to develop compelling sales materials
Willingness to

travel occasionally (including evenings/weekends if needed)
