The Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator supports Viterra Systems by researching competitor marketing, pricing, and sales to help identify market opportunities, product demand, and pricing strategies that guide advertising, promotions, and sales plans. This U.S.-side role coordinates sales materials, social media, marketing campaigns, photography, and cross-team projects, while serving as a liaison with overseas execution teams to ensure design, copywriting, and website content move forward efficiently.

This is a growth-oriented, coordinator-level position with broad exposure to sales support, multi-brand coordination, and campaign execution. The role focuses on daily marketing operations, project coordination, content development, and internal support in a fast-paced environment, with responsiveness needed to take on greater ownership over time

What You’ll Do

Coordinate the overall direction of marketing content and task initiation for Viterra Systems, LLC, supporting requests from leadership, sales teams, and multiple business lines.

Manage social media content planning, copy coordination, publishing schedules, daily operations, audience interaction, and performance review.

Independently initiate and move marketing campaigns forward, including theme planning, asset request coordination, milestone management, and execution tracking.

Lead sales support material coordination, including brochures, product catalogs, sales sheets, web content, promotional assets, and other sales-related support materials.

Coordinate marketing support needs within the group, and turn scattered, unclear, or time-sensitive requests into clear and actionable briefs for execution.

Coordinate with outsourced photographers on shooting plans, shot lists, use scenarios, final deliverable standards, and the follow-up use of photography assets.

Extend photography and project assets into social media content, website content, sales support materials, promotional content, and campaign assets.

Provide clear directions to the overseas execution team, including project background, business goals, priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

Work with sales, engineering, procurement, and other related teams to translate business needs, product selling points, customer scenarios, and market priorities into executable marketing content direction.

Coordinate consistency across website content, product materials, landing pages, sales pages, and related marketing assets.

Build and maintain quarterly and monthly content plans to ensure continuity, rhythm, and sales-support value in content output.

Adjust content priorities proactively based on sales rhythm, business priorities, campaign schedules, and urgent requests, and help move key projects forward.

Review design, copy, and web content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, clarity, and suitability for practical use in the U.S. market.

Build and maintain content libraries, photography asset libraries, and reusable campaign materials to improve production efficiency and cross-project reuse.

Track basic performance across social media, website, and marketing activities, and recommend areas for improvement.

Identify communication and execution bottlenecks in the workflow and help improve collaboration efficiency across teams and time zones.

Support trade shows, campaigns, product launches, promotional periods, and other key business moments with coordinated marketing content to ensure alignment across channels.

Other duties and special projects as need arises.

Date to Day Responsibilities

Receive and organize new requests from leadership, sales teams, and different business lines.

Break down unclear, temporary, or cross-functional requests into clear tasks and coordinate them with the overseas execution team.

Develop monthly content themes and weekly task priorities to keep social media, website, sales materials, and campaign output moving consistently.

Follow up on execution progress across social media, website content, sales support materials, promotional content, and marketing campaigns.

Coordinate cross-functional work across photography, retouching, copywriting, design, and web publishing, and help ensure priority content is completed on time.

Respond quickly to urgent requests, revisions, cross-company coordination, and sales-priority tasks.

Conduct final review of key deliverables and take responsibility for content quality, response speed, and coordination effectiveness.

Training & Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Candidates with strong academic backgrounds are preferred.

Full professional fluency in both English and Chinese is required, including business communication, meeting coordination, project follow-up, and sales-support communication.

Experience or internship exposure in marketing, sales support, social media, campaign coordination, or related work is preferred.

Industry exposure in building materials, home improvement, windows and doors, B2B companies, or enterprise-facing environments is a plus.

Strong project coordination, time management, and prioritization skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and business-driven environment.

Strong organizational thinking, task breakdown ability, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Comfortable growing into a broader business-facing marketing coordination role over time.
