Marketing Coordinator – Opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Head of our Bogotá, Colombia sales office, as the Marketing Coordinator you will support, develop, and implement marketing campaigns for the CSL portfolio. You will focus on marketing strategies and channels to launch and position products with compliance, coordination, and execution, managing budgets, events, promotional materials, sales support, and digital assets, while ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations and code. You will work with sales, medical, and regulatory teams for strategic growth and accurate product positioning, and may participate or deliver content during sales meetings at the local, regional, and national levels. This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule.

Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination & Implementation: Assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing strategies and campaigns for new and existing products.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, and assist in converting this data into actionable insights for the team.

Content Creation & Management: Develop and produce various marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, email newsletters, and content for the company website, ensuring all messaging is accurate and compliant with industry regulations.

Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate promotional events, national congress, CSL Symposiums, webinars, and conferences, managing the logistics and ensuring a strong brand presence.

Collaboration & Liaison: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including sales, medical/clinical experts, graphic designers, and product management, to ensure aligned messaging and effective campaign execution.

Data & Database Management: Maintain and update customer and stakeholder databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, often using VEEVA PROMOMATS & VEEVA CRM tools.

Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities using analytics tools and preparing reports for senior management on key performance metrics.

Adherence to Budget: Assist in the management of the marketing budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost‑effective strategies are employed.

Project Deadlines: Ensure that all assigned tasks and projects are completed within established timelines and scope.

Support of Sales Objectives: The work performed should support the sales team in achieving their targets and contribute to products’ objectives.

Skills & Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or life sciences.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or a related industry.

Required fluency in Spanish and English, oral and written, to include the ability to read and write emails and communicate effectively with global colleagues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

SAP‑PR system management.

Knowledge of office tools.

Good interpersonal skills.
