Our client is a private beverage manufacturing company based in the Hudson Valley with over 30 years of operational experience. The organization has invested heavily in both proprietary product development and co-packing capabilities, producing a diverse portfolio that includes juice cocktails, teas, energy drinks, seltzers, sports drinks, flavored waters, and soft drinks.

Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Integrated Marketing Strategist (CPG) to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand positioning, increase consumer engagement, and drive business growth. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution across multiple marketing channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required

MBA preferred; equivalent experience considered

10+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or related roles

Experience within beverage manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or food production environments strongly preferred

Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies

Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, analytics tools, and market research methodologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Strategic thinker with a creative, data‑driven, and results‑oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform brand and growth strategies

Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to strengthen market presence

Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid media, content strategy, social media, and e‑commerce

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Product Development teams

Manage external agencies, vendors, and strategic partnerships

Establish KPIs and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI

Mentor and support junior marketing team members

Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
