What You’ll Actually Do
Lead the charge:
Oversee our most complex, high-profile projects from conception to completion, to the highest standards of quality and profitability.
Build the team:
Mentor and manage Event Producers and Coordinators, fostering their growth and ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.
Drive the strategy:
Collaborate with senior leadership to refine event production processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the client experience.
Own cross-departmental communication:
Own the senior point of accountability for communication across your projects — with the client, the designers, the Production Manager, and the Operations/Warehouse Manager. You own the decisions, escalations, and outcomes.
Own the outcome:
Be the ultimate point of accountability for our most important projects, delivered on time, on budget, and to the complete satisfaction of our clients.

Requirements (What You’ve Already Mastered)
5+ years of senior-level event experience:
Long, proven track record of leading high-profile events and managing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strategic mindset:
You can anticipate future challenges and build the infrastructure to support continued growth.
People developer:
Natural ability to mentor and motivate a team. Passionate about helping others grow.
Financial discipline:
Deep understanding of project financials and proven ability to manage large budgets.
Character:
High integrity. Leads by example and inspires trust in clients and team alike.

Salary and Benefits
Salary:
$90,000 – $110,000/year, depending on experience
Bonus:
