
IT Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our organization's computer systems, networks, and software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and network equipment
Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and processes
Train employees on the use of new hardware and software
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology and upgrades
Respond to IT support requests in a timely and professional manner
Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
