
IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
Monitor and maintain the security of our IT systems, including backups and virus protection
Set up new user accounts and manage access permissions
Train staff on the proper use of technology and software applications
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
Document and update IT procedures and policies
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Experience with network troubleshooting and administration
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and HIPAA regulations is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
