
IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Dallas, Texas office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data
Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure
Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades
Train employees on the use of new technology and systems
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and software licenses
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
Familiarity with network security and data backup solutions
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
