CAMPUS RECRUITER - TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (HYBRID - SAN FRANCISCO)
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for owning the day-to-day recruiting process for a particular office or group of offices and working with staff at all levels to ensure that quality candidates are sourced, screened, recruited, and guided through the orientation process. This role includes oversight of local recruiting support including scheduling of analyst recruiting events, developing interview schedules, managing candidate information and applicant tracking metrics, participating in offer decision meetings, overseeing offer letter production and coordinating orientation. The role also implements Cornerstone’s recruitment strategies and best practices.
The Specialist is also accountable for developing and maintaining professional relationships with local core universities, managing the Associate internship program, assisting with the annual recruiting budget process, and supporting training for staff members. The Specialist coordinates and supervises duties assigned to Local Recruiting Administrators and temporary recruiting staff.
On-campus recruitment responsibilities: registration for analyst campus events and coordinating consultant attendance at campus job fairs and university recruitment programs; logistical support for on-campus events such as career fairs or presentations, including coordination of venue items such as catering, room reservation, and audiovisual support; implementation of campus schedules, candidate events, internet postings, searches, print advertisements, networking/referrals, and special recruitment mailings; arranging on-campus interviews and coordinating the screening and scheduling process for all in-office interviews; managing the daily operations of the office-level recruitment efforts through scheduling local recruiting meetings and preparing reports; assessing advertising needs and selecting appropriate methods for promoting local campus activities; preparation of all materials for on-campus interviewers; building and maintaining relationships with school career centers and placement offices; coordinating office-specific activities by tracking all candidates from interviewing phase through offers and onboarding; maintaining current status of candidates in the applicant tracking system; tracking and managing full-time hiring reports and data; reporting on metrics to local office staff and Talent Acquisition team leadership; coordinating offer visits and other special recruiting events; attending on-campus events as appropriate; tracking recruiting expenses for budget preparation; collecting feedback from consultants involved in the interview process; scheduling offer decision meetings; ensuring offer letters are prepared accurately and timely; acting as liaison to candidates throughout the interviewing process; coordinating orientation and training for new hires; and coordinating with HR for proper handoff from recruitment to onboarding, including immigration and reporting on acceptances and start dates.
Qualifications
5–7 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably within a professional services firm.
Experience with applicant tracking systems; experience with iCIMS a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree.
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $82,600 – $106,000. Compensation will be tailored to work location and depth of experience.
Annual Performance Bonus: discretionary with a target of 10%.
