Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior EH&S (Environment, Health and Safety) Recruiter, who will be a high-impact talent partner responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing top-tier, hard to find talent within the EH&S industry, specifically for highly specialized construction and industrial markets. This opportunity will directly support our EH&S team, as well as be a dedicated resource to assist their ever-changing needs. Additionally, this role requires an expert-level sourcer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, that can pivot priorities quickly and confidently partners with hiring managers and executives to deliver exceptional white glove hiring outcomes.

Own full cycle recruiting for a high-volume EH&S requisition load, with a strong emphasis on proactive, passive candidate sourcing.

Hunt, identify and engage niche talent through advanced sourcing techniques, the use of AI and sourcing strategy.

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing market insights, talent strategies and hiring recommendations.

Manage shifting priorities with urgency and precision, re-prioritizing requisitions as business needs evolve.

Screen and assess candidates for technical ability, cultural alignment, and long-term potential.

Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience that reflects the company's brand and values.

Represent the organization externally through networking, industry events, and talent outreach initiatives.

In times of slow EH&S recruitment, this role will provide backup for other corporate functions within our recruiting team.

Minimum Qualifications
Required:

5+ years of experience

in full-lifecycle recruitment and sourcing, preferably in the EH&S, Construction Services or Contracting industry.

Proven success

recruiting and sourcing for high-volume craft and technical talent.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Experience successfully delivering results

in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent discipline.

Technical proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
