Duties
Litigate on behalf of clients in civil cases
Conduct legal research
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
Represent clients in court proceedings
Manage and oversee legal administrative tasks
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Kentucky Bar.
Experience in legal research, writing
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
