Shift:
Primarily generally Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; may eventually include nights, weekends and/or holidays.
Remote Options Available:
Primary location is Lexington, KY but remote work may be available as needed.

Job Summary
This Pharmacy Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring Standards of Practice in all Specialty Pharmacy and Infusion Services areas; Specialty Pharmacy and Infusion Services Accreditation and Contractual Compliance; Oversight of UK Specialty Pharmacy and infusion Workflow Processes and Operations; Personnel training within all specialty pharmacy and infusion areas and monitoring of staff competency. Coordination of onboarding for RN and MA staff, and assistance with employee schedule management.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
This position requires dependability, and the ability to prioritize. The successful candidate must be reliable and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5 years of pharmacy related experience with at least one year of Specialty Pharmacy experience.
Sterile compounding experience preferred.
