Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to diagnose equipment issues.

Maintain and repair electro‑mechanical systems including motors, drives, sensors, and controls.

Troubleshoot and support PLC‑controlled equipment, demonstrating a basic to intermediate level of knowledge and competence.

Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation and adherence to safety protocols.

Support manufacturing operations by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment failures promptly and effectively.

Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes and practices based on historical maintenance data.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing.

Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment.

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Proficiency in maintaining and repairing electro‑mechanical systems, including motors, drives, sensors, and controls.

Experience troubleshooting and supporting PLC‑controlled equipment at a basic to intermediate level.

Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and their safe and efficient operation.

Demonstrated ability to respond promptly and effectively to equipment failures, minimizing downtime.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and standards.

Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
