Come be a part of a growing firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! Our client is hiring a Litigation Attorney to help build and drive personal injury cases forward with skill, urgency, and precision. This role is for a Louisiana attorney early in practice who can take ownership, think clearly under pressure, manage details without losing the larger case strategy, and communicate confidently with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
What you will do
Manage litigation files from suit through resolution.
Develop case strategy and move cases forward with urgency.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other case materials.
Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial-related proceedings.
Education Requirements
Juris Doctor and Licensed to practice in Louisiana.
Pay: $85k-$120k (DOE). Benefits offered.
