Clinic Description
As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health – Colorado Springs, you will share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation per company policy.
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of addressing community gaps.
Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
Prepare and submit session documentation according to company guidelines.
Maintain a caseload of 25 billable hours per week for full‑time status.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed.
Address additional meaningful responsibilities as they arise.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Registered with DORA as a licensed mental health professional (LSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT) with a current Colorado license.
Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to model appropriate boundaries with clients.Timely completion of documentation.
Comfort working with a diverse client base.
Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus).
Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and prior mental health documentation experience.
