We are looking for a Certified Esthetician to join our team at Hand & Stone in Hainesport. The role focuses on delivering high-quality skin care treatments and building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
Provide world-class client experiences by performing top-level services.
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including home‑care regimens, based on the client’s individual skincare goals.
Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars.
