WorkFit Medical Staffing is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses with expertise in Long Term Care to join our team. As an LPN in this role, you will provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care facilities, supporting their health and well-being in a professional and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Assess and monitor residents\' health status and report changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and safety
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality care
Requirements
Active New York State LPN license
Minimum 1 year of experience in Long Term Care
Current BLS certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
