About the Role
You will provide nursing visits in home health settings according to the treatment prescribed by the physician, and you will maintain accurate and complete medical records. You will travel to all business locations as required.
Qualifications
One year of clinical experience and one year of home‑health experience
Ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and maintain accurate medical records
Required Certifications and Licensures
Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse or Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation
Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
