Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Psychotherapist and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PMHNP) to join our team in a contractor capacity. This hybrid role is based in Waukesha, WI, with the flexibility to complete some work remotely. Responsibilities include providing individual medication management, counseling, conducting mental health assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to support client well‐being. The Psychotherapist & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will maintain comprehensive and accurate records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Psychiatry, Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health practices
Experience with Relationship Counseling and conflict resolution
Knowledge of Medicine, specifically as it relates to mental health care
Demonstrated ability to foster trust and empathy in therapeutic relationships
Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or a related field
Current licensure as a therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PMHNP or equivalent) in the state of Wisconsin
Commitment to working with diverse populations and honoring client autonomy
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining client documentation
